With this understanding, on May 30, 2025, the "Leadership in Health and Safety" workshop was held at Confindustria Genoa, led by Dr. Davide Scotti, Secretary General of the LiHS Foundation.
This initiative, promoted by the Genova Industrie Navali S.p.A. Group, saw the active participation of all Directors and Managers from: San Giorgio del Porto S.p.A., T. Mariotti S.p.A. - Shipyard, Chantier Naval de Marseille, Piombino Industrie Marittime, Ortec Santamaria, Gerolamo Scorza, P.N.I., M.C.P., Sangiorgio Marine, Bomayacht srl, Servizi Portuali Ismar SRL, and LAGOMARSINO ANIELLI S.R.L.
The workshop offered a moment of deep reflection and discussion, aiming to go beyond rules and protocols to focus on people, behaviours, and the values that make safety a central aspect of company culture. It was an opportunity for our Directors and Managers to reinforce awareness of their role as "Safety Leaders" and contribute to creating increasingly safe, inclusive, and sustainable work environments.
