For the past week, and for the next six weeks, we are welcoming AIDA BELLA as part of the AIDA Evolution modernization program by AIDA Cruises.

This morning we spent time with two of our Ship Repair Managers on the project, to get a glimpse of their daily work.

They taught us many things, especially what it truly means to be a Ship Repair Manager at CNdM:

Being the conductor of the shipyard: coordinating activities and acting as the link between the different teams.
Being passionate about ship engineering, knowing your vessels inside out (and enjoy walking a lot !).
Being the superintendent’s main point of contact on a daily basis.
Being the guardian of safety throughout the entire project.
Being a Ship Repair Manager is a job driven by passion, carried by strong team spirit and on-site camaraderie.

At CNM, many dedicated professionals work behind the scenes to make each project a success and we look forward to introducing more of them soon.
