Genova Industrie Navali S.p.A. is pleased to announce it has initiated a new and significant partnership with the Pelizza Family, owners of LAGOMARSINO ANIELLI S.R.L., a historic Genoese company established in 1946 and specialising in surface treatments and maintenance for the marine and industrial sectors.
The agreement involves the GIN Group's acquisition of a stake in Lagomarsino Anielli and, in turn, Lagomarsino Anielli's acquisition of Pitturazioni Navali Industriali (formerly Luigi Amico), control of which had been taken over by the GIN Group at the end of 2024.
This new partnership represents a major strategic and synergistic expansion for the entire shipbuilding industry. It strengthens the ties between two historic, complementary entities, with the aim of broadening their potential and market offering.
