Today, it stands as one of the leading European operators and an international benchmark for ship repair, conversion, disposal, and recycling, as well as for the construction of green vessels. It is a journey spanning nearly a century that combines technical expertise, vision, and the ability to innovate within a strategic sector for the maritime economy.
The display of the historic membership registration with Confindustria Genova, dated 19th June 1945, testifies to the company's deep bond with the region and its continued contribution to the city's industrial development.
This recognition underscores the shipyard's role as an example of Genoese excellence, capable of evolving over time while keeping its values firm and looking with determination towards future challenges.
