Chantier Naval de Marseille joins Green Marine Europe

Author: Chantier Naval de Marseille Post tags: green marine europe , chantier naval de marseille

Founded in 2010, Chantier Naval de Marseille (CNM) operates 3 dry docks at the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM): No. 8 and 9 and, since 2017, dry dock No. 10, the largest dry dock in the Mediterranean.

Despite its relatively young age, CNM has positioned itself as a place of expertise for ship repair, maintenance and conversion, thanks to a wide range of services - refitting, surface treatment, specialized services notably for electrical work and ship propulsion.

CNM's teams and partners operate in a challenging environment, where health, safety and environmental protection are top priorities. That's why Chantier Naval de Marseille stands out for its commitment to maintaining high QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards, and delivering services in a safe, sustainable and competitive manner.

Aware of the stringent requirements of the profession, and already ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, CNM has decided to pursue its efforts by joining the Green Marine Europe environmental certification program for shipyards.
